Precipitation of lithium phosphate from lithium solution by using sodium phosphate

Abstract Lithium was studied to precipitate into Li 3 PO 4 by adding Na under various experimental conditions such as initial lithium concentration of the solution, pH temperature, and mol equivalent ratio . The precipitation mechanism investigated with change value solution over time. efficiency 95.4% in condition 1, 7 g/L, 9.5, at 90°C. When added three times, divided 1 via hydrolysis reaction 3− , which inhibits reaction, an excellent 98.4% obtained. Co‐precipitated 2 HPO washed distilled water solid/liquid 10% purity final product found be 99.1%.
